BASIC FUNCTION基本职能
在指定范围内负责开展与公司客房及会议客户的良好关系,以确保和增加酒店销售指标完成。
Responsible formanaging and developing corporate accounts and corporate meeting accountswithin assigned territory / market segment to generate sales and achieve hotelsales plan and profit targets
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和责任
1. 在指定业务范围内规划并发展与公司客房及会议客户的良好关系,从而确保酒店销售指标完成。
Prospectand develop strong relationships with meeting planners, convention organizers,associations, corporate and commercial accounts within assigned territory togrow sales revenue and achieve annual sales plan.
2. 对所有客户要求在24小时内予以回复。
Act on and respond to all enquiries andrequests for proposals within 24 hrs.
3. 建立系统的销售活动计划以更有效的开展客户,从而确保酒店销售额的最大化。3. Formulate a systematic approach todeveloping sales plans and activities to support account set in order toachieve maximum return on sales call productivity.
4. 积极发展利用私人关系以扩大客户范围。
Solicits through personal calladditional sales accounts from assigned accounts.
5. 为了更好地位客户提供服务,加强与前厅、餐饮、客房及其它部门合作配合。
Coordinates with Front Office,F&B, Banquet, Housekeeping and other related department to ensure thehighest level of customer service for our accounts.
6. 负责在销售管理系统中及时更新工作进程。
Maintains an up-to-date record ofall sales activities and account profiles within the sales management system.
7. 每周上交以下报表:每周销售活动情况,下周销售计划,竞争者和市场分析和其它报表。
Submits the following reports on aweekly basis, a summary of sales activities, forward sales plans, competitiveand market intelligence and any other report as may be required.
8. 参加会展和开展销售扫楼及出差等活动,以扩大销售范围。
Participatesactively at assigned trade shows, sales blitz and sales trip to gain exposurefor the hotel andsecure sales leads.
9. 参加每周由销售总监或销售副总监的会议, 并协助销售总监或者销售副总监管理团队。
Attendsweekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by ADOS or DOS, Assist DOS
or ADOSin managing sales team.
10. 完成其它委派的任务。
Performsother duties and responsibilities that may be required.
11. 每月评估销售成绩。
Tracks and measures theperformance of sales on a monthly or period basis.
JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求
1. 大专及以上学历,相关专业。
A degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
2. 至少4年国际性酒店的相关工作经验。
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales in an international hotelenvironment.
3. 有进取心及良好形象。
Personable,aggressive and articulate.
4. 良好的书写和口头交流技巧,英文及普通语言话流利。
Fluent inEnglish and Putonghua with strong oral and written communication skills.
5. 资深处理国际市场经验及对当地市场有很好的了解。
Establishedrelationships with key multinational accounts, commercial houses, travelagents and tour operators.
