【Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责】
- Oversee comprehensive hotel human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and corporate culture development.负责酒店人力资源全模块工作,包括但不限于招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系及企业文化建设。
- Develop and implement human resources plans based on the hotel's development strategy, optimizing organizational structure and position allocation.根据酒店发展战略,制定并执行人力资源规划,优化组织架构及岗位配置。
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, expand and maintain recruitment channels to ensure timely fulfillment of talent needs across departments.主导招聘全流程,拓展并维护招聘渠道,确保各部门人才需求及时满足。
- Design and implement employee training programs to enhance professional skills and overall competency.设计并实施员工培训体系,提升员工专业技能及综合素质。
- Refine performance appraisal systems, drive the implementation of performance goals, and assist departments in talent evaluation and motivation.完善绩效考核制度,推动绩效目标落地,协助部门完成人才评估与激励。
- Handle employee labor relations, mediate labor disputes, and ensure compliance with regulations.处理员工劳动关系,协调解决劳动纠纷,确保合规性。
- Plan and organize employee activities to promote corporate culture, fostering a sense of belonging and team cohesion.策划并组织员工活动,推动企业文化建设,提升员工归属感与团队凝聚力。
- Conduct statistical analysis of HR-related reports and provide decision-making support to management.负责人力资源相关报表的统计与分析,为管理层提供决策支持。
- Develop relationship with schools, set up and maintain long term cooperation relationship for trainees.发展校企关系,建立和维护长期的渠道合作伙伴关系,建立实习生合作。
- Recruit foreign management trainee 外国管理实习生的招聘。
- Release and update recruitment information on website.定期在指定网站发布,更新招聘信息。
- Handle expatriate work permits, residence permits and visas.办理外籍人人才作许可证。
- Contacts concerned personnel of the city/ province Labor Bureau city/ province Public Security Bureau and other relevant office apply for the work permit, residence permit and visa for expatriates within 30 days of their arrival.联系市/省劳动局市/省公安局和及其它权力机构并在外籍人员到达30天内申请外籍人人才作许可证,居留证和签证。
- Making recruitment related reports, and regularly analyzes relative data.制定与招聘相关的统计报表,并定期统计相关数据。
- Check e-mail every day, select CV, inform interview.每日查看邮件,甄选简历,通知面试。
- Conduct interview every day. And arrange and appoint GM interview.每日进行日常招聘,安排约定总经理面试。
- Cooperate with Part Timer Company.与计时工公司保持合作。
- Conduct a resignation interview with the departing employee to record the reason for the departure.与离职人才进行离职面谈,记录离职原因。
- Monthly completion rate analysis report.每月完成离职率分析报告。
【Job Requirements / 岗位要求】
- Familiar with all HR functional areas; prior experience in the hotel industry is preferred.熟悉人力资源各模块工作,具备酒店行业经验者优先。
- Strong recruitment skills with the ability to efficiently fill mid-to-entry-level positions.具备较强的招聘能力,能高效完成中基层岗位的招聘任务。
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage employee relations and cross-departmental collaboration.优秀的沟通协调能力,能妥善处理员工关系及跨部门协作。
- Experience in training planning and implementation, capable of conducting employee training independently.具备一定的培训策划与实施经验,能独立开展员工培训。
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, familiar with HR processes such as labor contracts, social security, and housing fund administration.了解劳动法律法规,熟悉劳动合同、社保公积金等人事操作流程。
- Clear thinking and strong execution skills, adaptable to fast-paced work environments.思维清晰,执行力强,能适应快节奏工作环境。
- Passionate about corporate culture development, with event planning and organizational abilities.对企业文化建设有热情,具备活动策划与组织能力。
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.熟练使用Office办公软件及人力资源管理系统。
- Clear thinking and strong execution skills, adaptable to fast-paced work environments with the ability to work under pressure.思维清晰,执行力强,能适应快节奏工作环境,有一定抗压能力。
