- Develop weekly menus and reasonably control ingredient costs, managing inventory and procurement plans effectively.
- Supervise the implementation of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage the daily work arrangements of the kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
