Provide professional and hospitable concierge services for guest arrivals/departures, ensuring premium check-in experiences.
负责酒店宾客的迎送接待工作，提供专业、热情的礼宾服务，确保宾客获得优质的入住体验；

Assist with luggage handling, escort guests to rooms or designated areas, and introduce hotel facilities/services.
协助宾客搬运行李，引导宾客至客房或指定区域，并介绍酒店设施及服务；

Master transportation routes in Changzhou and surrounding areas, offering accurate travel suggestions and transfer services.
熟悉常州及周边地区交通路线，为宾客提供准确的出行建议及接送服务；

Handle guest complaints and special requests, coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
协助处理宾客的投诉及特殊需求，及时反馈至相关部门并跟进解决；

Maintain cleanliness of concierge areas and vehicles according to hotel service standards.
维护礼宾区域及车辆的环境整洁，确保符合酒店服务标准；

Collaborate with Front Desk and Housekeeping departments to ensure seamless service flow.
配合前台、客房等部门完成相关工作，确保酒店服务流程顺畅。
