·       Assists the Manager in everyaspect of manning and organization of the entire bar operations to the standardsestablished by the Hotel.
协助经理做好整个吧台运营操作的人员配备，组织的方方面面，达到酒店制定的标准。
·       Responsible for supervisingall activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of beverages inall beverage outlets.
负责监督所有酒水部门参与准备人员的活动和服务人员的活动。
·       Enforces safety regulationsand sanitation standards secures all storage areas for beverages.
为保证酒水储存区的安全，需严格执行安全法规和卫生标准。
·       Controls the requisition ofbeverages and all supplies to maintain par stock for smooth operation.
为确保正常运作，控制好酒水的申请和领用，同时确保正常的库存。
·       Briefs personnel onpreparations, service and content of drink list.
向人才简要减少酒水清单的准备、服务和内容。
·       Possesses working knowledge ofbeverages and cocktails.
掌握酒水知识。
·       Executes the generalresponsibility necessary to minimize costs in operating the restaurant andachieving sales goals.
·       执行必须要的职责，将餐厅运营操作成本降到最低，实现销售目标。
·      Takes orders, promotesoutlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
负责下订单，推销部门特色菜，按照既定的标准服务客人。
·      Carry out pre-service dutiesand mis-en-place.
做好服务前的岗前职责和准备工作。
·      Ensure adequate supplies ofmaterials, and requisition for general supplies.
确保材料供应充足，并申请采购所需的物品。
·      Ensure all fixtures andoperating equipment is in good working condition.

·      Ensure good general appearanceand maintenance of restaurant working areas.
