· Set up and maintain goodworking relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations, such asFront Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.

· Establish and maintainregional accounts.

· Establish territories to dosales blitz

· Follow-up with clients before,during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.

· Handle complaints and pass toDirector of Sales.
处理投诉,并提交给销售总监。
· Reporting sales activity andresult in daily or weekly sales meeting.
参加每日或每周销售例会并汇报销售成果及提出建议。
· Produces daily & weeklyproductivity reports stating leads, tentative and confirmed bookings and lostbusiness, and corrective actions taken.

· Attend various functions aswhen required.

· Maintain familiarity with andanalyze the competition from other hotels which will be designated.

· Participate in trainingprograms.

· React promptly to requests bythe Director of Sales for reports and other assignments.
