·       Cleanlinessand presence of guestrooms and public area.
确保客房及所有公共区域的清洁和状态。
·       Accuracy inlabor and cost control.
确保人工成本及其他开销准确性。
·       Managementof equipment proper use and maintenance. 
确保设备的正确使用和保养。
·       Make sureall the marbles and carpets are properly and promptly cleaned and maintained.
确保所有的大理石和地毯得到准确及时的养护。
