【工程装饰主管】
Oversee daily maintenance, upkeep, and refurbishment of decorative elements (soft/hard furnishings) in all hotel areas (guest rooms, lobby, restaurants, public spaces).负责酒店所有区域（客房、大堂、餐厅、公共区域）的装饰、软装及硬装设施的日常维护、保养与翻新。
Lead minor renovation projects, coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with quality, timeline, and budget requirements.主导小型装饰改造项目，协调供应商及施工团队，确保工程质量、进度与预算符合标准。Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for decorative assets to extend lifespan and reduce repair costs.制定并执行装饰设施的预防性维护计划，延长使用寿命，降低维修成本。
Respond promptly to urgent repair requests (e.g., wall damage, furniture breakdown) to minimize guest impact.快速处理装饰相关的紧急报修（如墙面损坏、家具破损），确保宾客体验不受影响。
Manage inventory of decorative materials, optimize procurement, and control maintenance expenditures.管理装饰材料库存，优化采购流程，控制维护成本。
Train engineering technicians on decor maintenance skills; collaborate with departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Front Office) for service consistency.指导技术员团队，提供装饰维护技能培训；跨部门协调（如房务部、前厅部）确保服务一致性。
Ensure all decorations adhere to brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability policies.确保所有装饰符合酒店品牌标准、安全规范及环保政策。
