· Supervise food store keeper.
监督食品保管员的工作。
· Ensure that security of foodstores under supervision are adequate and regular checked.
确保食品数量的正确。
· Make ocular inspection of thestoreroom and take note of items within the minimum level and items which are aboutto expire.
确保仓库内物品的安全,并对即将到期的物品做标记。
· Calculate daily food cost andemployee’s meal cost based on requisitions.

· Ensure that meat tags areproperly used and control.

· Check food storeroom issuingsummary.
清点食物储存量。
· Collect information andmaintain statistics.
收集食物报废数量。
· Conduct butcher test andcooking testing.
了解食品加工过程。
· Perform recipe costing forfood.
控制菜谱成本。
· Participate in the month-endphysical inventory.
清点月底存货数量。
· Assist the Cost Controller inthe monthly closing of books and in the preparation of the reports.
协助成本控制经理月结账并且准备报表。
· Submit monthly listing of slowmoving and obsolete food items.
每月提交滞销和过期食品的清单。
· Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
