·      Ensure that the guest is at the center of every singlestrategic initiative, project or process.

确保在每一个战略规划、项目和过程的中心是我们的客人。

·      Share the vision and strategy of AccorHotels, the brandand the hotel, giving everyone the opportunity to contribute, collaborate andinnovate.

分享雅高酒店管理集团、品牌和酒店的愿景和策略,为每位同事提供贡献、合作和创新的机会。

·      Provide feedback from the guest on the teams’ performanceto the team.

向团队成员及时反馈客人对于团队表现的反馈。

·      Ensure that all team members feel trusted and valued fortheir accountability and risk taken.

确保所有团队成员对于他们所承担的责任和风险,备受信任和重视。

·      Establish relationships with local schools and colleges.

Induction and Onboarding

入职培训

·      Establish onboarding procedures which ensure new talentfeel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new talent arrival.

建立新人才的入职流程,确保所有新人才倍感欢迎,并且团队成员对于新同事的到来做好了迎接准备工作。

·      Co-ordinate and conduct orientation programs and threemonth training plans.

协调和入职培训安排和新人才3个月的培训计划。

·      Appoint a support person within the operational team foreach and every new talent.

确保运营团队成员已经为每一位新同事安排了帮教。

·      Seek feedback from new talent in their first month ofemployment.

Learning andDevelopment

·      Conduct/review Learning &Development needs analysisannually and budget accordingly.

每年进行和审查年度学习与发展需求分析和相应的预算。

·      Plan Learning & DevelopmentPlan for future skillrequirements and not just current.

参考当前和未来技能需求,制定学习与发展计划。

·      Ensure development and implementation of annual Learning & Development plan to address and narrow the performance gap;

确保年度学习与发展计划的指定和实施,以解决和缩小绩效表现差距。

·      Maximize the use of AccorHotels Academie programs toaddress gaps in performance;

充分利用雅高酒店学院的课程,缩小绩效表现的差距。

·      Deliver all brand customer service and quality standardstraining to all members of the team;

为团队成员提供品牌服务和质量标准的培训。

·      Maintain accurate reporting on the Learning & Development delivery and learning programs implemented;

确保学习与发展计划和完成报告的准确性。

·      Evaluate the effectiveness of the training for ROI andROE.

评估ROI和ROE培训课程的有效性。

·      Seek feedback from participants and their managers foreffectiveness of learning and development programs.

收集学员和其经理的反馈意见,以提高学习与发展项目的有效性。

·      Create a learning environment where each person has apersonal development plan.

·      Follow up talent after attending AccorHotels Academietraining programs to support the application of learning on the job.

·      Co-ordinate cross exposure and project based learning forstar talent.

对于明星人才的培养,协调交叉培训的项目的实施。

·      Ensure all talents have access tolearning opportunities.

确保所有人才都拥有学习的机会。

·      Participate actively in the Certified Trainers Network.

积极参与认证培训师的网络课程中。
