· Prepares Learning & Development materials and posters.

· Conducting in-house generic Learning & Development programs (for example, Courtesy, Deportment, Personnel Grooming, and Communication Skills) for talent.

· Conducts English and general hotel skills training.
做酒店英语和酒店综合技能培训。
· Ensures the coordination of talent training activities:

- Collects training information and disseminates it to concerned department heads and supervisors.
汇总培训日程安排,并通知相关部门经理和部门主管。
- Liaise with department supervisors and managers in the implementation of on-the-job departmental training.

- Participates in departmental training activities.

- Make Learning & Development report, Learning & Development plan, MIS report, monthly check grooming report and birthday list.

· Monitor the usage of training aids:

- Issues and monitors the usage of the training aids.
负责管理培训辅助设备的使用。
- Manage talent notice board, Routine maintenance and cleaning, and timely updates.
负责人才信息栏的日常维护和清洁,及时更新信息。
- Responsible for the daily inspection and distribution of training rooms, which they are in good order, with the desired room set-up and training aids as required.

· Monitors training for new talents, reports to the Learning & Development Manager in time.
监督新人才的培训,及时向学习与发展经理汇报。
· Conducts retraining programs and information for currently employed talent.
制订并监督人才重复培训计划。
· Monitors present and future training trends, practices and system that is beneficial for hotel talent and recommends to the Learning & Development Manager for implementation.
注意培训发展趋势,向学习与发展经理建议作相应的调整,从而提高酒店人才素质。
· Looks after the safe keep of electronic equipment.

· College degree or above
大专或以上学历
· 2 years or above experience in training area at 4 or 5 star international hotels
两年以上国际品牌酒店培训工作的经验
· Fluent oral and written English.
有良好的英语能力
· With capability of communication and coordination
有较强的沟通协调和管理能力
· Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters
