向人才与文化经理汇报每月人才出勤记录。
· Follow up all talent attendance record.
跟踪人才每月的出勤记录。
· Review personal files.
检查人事档案。
· Keep monthly records regarding talent tardiness, absenteeism, vacation, sick leave, leave without pay, compassionate leave, and maternity leave for MIS reports and year-end bonus evaluation.
每月记录人才迟到、缺勤、病假、无薪请假、补休、产假的情况,并带入年终奖金评定。
· Maintains and updates talent records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
管理和更新人才的档案、法律法规文件、酒店规章制度与工作程序,以及其它人事文件。
· Keep all working areas in the department clean, all equipment well maintained and keep all files in the order.
维护部门工作区域的整洁,所有设备得到良好维护,并保证文件的整洁到位。
· Entering information of new talents into SHIJI system, and filling in talent initial emolument form.
新人才录入人事系统,填写起薪单。
· Entering and updating validity periods of talents health certificates.
录入更新人才健康证。
· Checking information of health certificates reimbursements.
检查健康证报销。
· Complete reference check before hiring procedure.
聘用人才前完成背景调查。
