Manage day-to-day operations, plan and allocate work to ensure that the right number of staff is always available
巡视检查各班组人员，作好设备运行记录，收集编制技术资料、技术档案，为保证设备管理与运行提供依据
Inspect and check the personnel of each team, make good records of equipment operation, collect and compile technical data and technical files, so as to provide a basis for ensuring equipment management and operation
处理酒店范围内的各类维修和保养工作，包括酒店的新增和延伸设施或由酒店提供维修保养的任何其他物业
To handle all types of maintenance and upkeep within the scope of the hotel, including new and extended facilities of the hotel or any other property maintained by the hotel
通过辅导和提供反馈培养团队并提高绩效，为员工制定绩效和发展目标，表彰表现优异的员工 
Develop teams and improve performance through coaching and feedback, set performance and development goals for employees, and recognize outstanding performers

根据酒店岗位特点负责对酒店全体员工进行消防安全知识培训以及消防器材的使用和操作讲解 
According to the characteristics of hotel positions, I was responsible for the fire safety knowledge training for all hotel staff and the use and operation of fire equipment
开展酒店消防器材和设备的保养以及检查运行状态的培训，定时、定点作好检查保养记录工作
Carry out training on the maintenance and inspection of hotel fire fighting equipment and equipment, and make regular and fixed inspection and maintenance records
监督安保员工日常工作，包括人员的部岗及日常训练、监督指导紧急情况演习 
熟悉有关财产安全、紧急救助、消防和其他危机事件的处理方案，并能够安全谨慎地使用设备
Supervise the daily work of security personnel, including personnel's department and daily training, supervise and guide emergency drills, be familiar with the handling plan of property safety, emergency rescue, fire fighting and other crisis events, and be able to use equipment safely and prudently
负责对酒店全体员工培训、演练，做到在火警状态下能准确按火警预案操作，并定期在酒店内进行模拟火警紧急疏散方案演练
Responsible for the training and drill of all hotel staff, so that they can operate accurately according to the fire emergency plan in case of fire, and regularly conduct simulated fire emergency evacuation plan drill in the hotel

理解并满足宾客的需求，确保宾客高度满意
Understand and meet the needs of guests to ensure high satisfaction
执行预防性维修保养计划，对酒店设施进行维护和保养，保证设施的正常运转（比如：照明、制冷、供暖、空调、水处理系统和游泳池）
Implement preventive maintenance and maintenance programs to maintain and maintain hotel facilities to ensure proper operation of facilities (e.g., lighting, refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, water treatment systems and swimming pools)

协助制定部门预算和财务计划，还包括酒店的运营计划

Job Requirements
接受过高级职业培训，2年常规建筑维修或建造经验，或具有同等学历和工作经历
Advanced vocational training, 2 years of experience in routine building maintenance or construction, or equivalent education and work experience
拥有相关的保安从业证书及接受过必要的急救技巧培训
Possess relevant security practitioner certificate and receive necessary first aid skills training
熟悉本地法律，调查手段，消防规范及生命安全规范的工作知识
Familiar with local laws, investigation methods, fire codes and life safety regulations
如有相关法律要求，需持有相关职业证书和资格证
If there are relevant legal requirements, you need to hold relevant professional certificates and qualifications
