岗位职责：
1.执行并协调组织、准备、生产、展示和确保为客人提供的高标准的烹饪服务。
2.管理所有中厨房人员的调配，采取与品牌文化、工作方法、沟通、招聘等一致的管理方式。
3.帮助下属提高他们的技能并为他们的职业发展提供支持。
4.对酒店食品卫生、安全及食品质量负责。
5.根据酒店入住率预测数据，组织、监督食品的出品准备工作。
6.结合销售经理的意见, 协调厨房、餐厅等推出各种优惠活动。
任职要求:
1. 具有奢华或高端酒店同类职位的工作经验3~5年以上。
2. 熟悉并理解奢华酒店或高端酒店的服务与客人的期望。
3. 具有奢华酒店或高端酒店的筹开经验。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-一般计算机能力：良好
