【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店日常设施设备的巡检、维护及故障排除，确保酒店各系统（如电力、空调、给排水、消防等）正常运行。
2、及时响应并处理各部门报修请求，提供高效的技术支持，保障酒店运营顺畅。
3、协助制定并执行设备维护计划，定期检查设备运行状态，记录维护数据。
4、参与酒店设施设备的紧急抢修工作，快速解决突发故障，降低对客人和运营的影响。
5、协助节能降耗措施的落实，提出设备优化改进建议。
【岗位要求】
1、具有同类职位工作经验者优先，具备电气、机械、暖通或相关领域的基础知识。
2、动手能力强，能独立完成常见设备故障的诊断与维修。
3、具备良好的安全意识，熟悉相关设备操作规范及安全标准。
4、责任心强，能适应轮班制（含夜班）工作安排。具备团队协作精神，沟通能力良好。
5、持有相关职业资格证书（如电工证、制冷证等）。
