KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
·  Customer Service 宾客服务
To provide body massages, body treatments, facials, manicures care to Spa’s guests.
为客人提供身体按摩, 身体套餐疗程, 面部护理, 手部护理等疗程。
Establish rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on services.
与客人建立并保持良好的宾客关系，负责处理客人投诉、需求，并解答关于服务方面的询问。
Greet and assist guests with treatment planning and escort guests to the treatment rooms.
问候并协助客人制定护理计划并亲自带领贵宾至理疗房。
Ensure a speedy telephone and message service at all times for guests as per brand standards.
确保根据品牌标准为客人提供快捷的电话和留言服务。
Ensure treatment guests maintain an up to date awareness of current promotions, policy changes and memorandums.
确保根据最新的促销活动、政策和通告，为客人提供相应的服务。
Be familiar with product knowledge of all outlets and departments.
熟悉所有餐厅和部门的产品知识。
·  Operational 营运
To be completely aware of Spa & Fitness promotion activities, and to promote these actively, completely familiar with all spa facilities opening and closing hours as well as product and services offered.
了解水疗与健身中心的优惠活动，并积极推广，熟知所有服务设施及服务项目的运营时间。
Responds to the results of the Consumer Survey and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
根据顾客意见调查结果，确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。
Answers all general inquiries pertaining to the hotel and the various services offered.
解答所有与酒店或服务相关的问题。
To check treatment room, store room, staff relaxation room and Spa area facilities according to checklist provided.
根据清单检查理疗房、仓库、休息室、水疗区域的设备设施。
To be knowledgeable about Spa & Fitness Center Treatments and facilities.
了解水疗与健身中心的服务和护理项目、设备设施。
Check male and female lockers regularly throughout the day.
每天协助定期检查男女更衣室。
To always pay attention on and understanding the guests' health conditions, i.e. sunburns, muscle tension, allergies etc.
时时关注、了解客人的健康状况，例如：晒斑、肌肉紧张、过敏反应等。
To ensure that the Spa & Fitness reception and lounge areas are clean, tidy and well-stocked with updated reading materials.
确保水疗接待区、客人休息区保持干净、整洁，并整齐摆放最新的阅读材料。
To maintenance Therapist log book and trace report and follow up accordingly.
维护理疗师日志及跟踪报表并跟进相关事宜。

Job Specs 职位要求
1. 1-2 years in a managerial position in 4/5 Star category hotel.
    一至二年在四/五星级酒店的相关管理经验。
2. Good English skills，can speak Chinese.
   良好的英语,会讲中文。
3. Positive attitude.
   积极的工作态度。
4. Open minded and outgoing personality .
   开朗及外向性格。
