【岗位职责】
1、负责客人遗留物品的登记、保管及发放（贵重物品单独保管），同时确保遗留物品的整齐，摆放合理。
2、 负责楼层钥匙，万能钥匙的点收，控制保管，严格执行借出和归还制。
3、 负责通讯工具的派发、登记、保管等一类工作。
4、向客人提供的服务物件的保管、回收及保养，借入借出必须要有完整记录（接线板、变压器、充电器等）。
5、 与前台接待处保持联系，及时通报客房状况，并核对房态。
6、高标准的完成部门文件的收发及整理。
【岗位要求】
1、具有良好的沟通技能，并具备基本的英语沟通能力。2、具有良好的客房部办公室日常运作方面的知识或客房服务的相关工作经验。
3、大专及以上学历。
