1. Assist in the reception and management of the front office department of the hotel, be familiar with the function of the front office service facilities, and be in good condition.

2. Analyze the relevant market plan, formulate the department's work plan, and complete the work report.

4. Clarify job responsibilities and adjust work deployment at any time.

5. Maintain good interpersonal relationships and be able to handle guest opportunities independently and effectively.

6. Assist Front Office Managers and Hotel Management teams in handling emergencies.

【职位要求】Job Specs
1.College degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in the same position.大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验3年以上。
2.Have a good team leadership spirit and execution, and work conscientiously and responsibly.有良好的团队领导精神及执行力,工作认真负责。
3.Proficient in all aspects and procedures of the front office department.
熟练掌握前厅部工作的各个环节和程序。
4.Good health, good character, elegant temperament.身体健康,品貌端正,气质高雅。
5.Master the basic knowledge of hotel management, be good at communicating with guests, deal with thoughtful and decisive, and be able to deal with various complaints independently.
