【岗位职责】
1、控制厨房收货的质量和数量。
2、准备所有的配料并制作各种面包、面包卷、西点等食品。
3、负责操作间的日常卫生、工具清洁及收藏。
4、检查每日餐后的原料消耗，及时申购、补充。
5、负责工作结束后的原料收藏、工具清洁、环境卫生的清洁、能源的关闭。
6、协助厨师长了解所有工作项目。
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉面包西饼等的制作工艺及技能。
2、热情好客，鲜活有调性。
3、身体健康，能吃苦耐劳。
4、有星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包西饼制作工作经验优先。
