工作职责：
1. 负责宴会厅的餐前准备、桌面布置及餐具摆放，确保符合服务标准。
2. 在宴会过程中提供高质量的餐饮服务，包括迎宾引导、点单、上菜、酒水服务及宾客需求响应。
3. 与团队成员协作，保障宴会流程顺畅，提升客户满意度。
4. 完成宴会后的收尾工作，包括清理台面、整理用具及物品归位。
5. 遵守酒店服务规范和卫生标准，维护良好的服务形象。
6.主要工作为政务接待。
任职资格：
1. 具有2年以上高端宴会或餐饮服务工作经验，熟悉宴会服务流程。
2. 学历不限，具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力。
3. 形象端正，举止得体，能够适应轮班及高强度工作节奏。
4. 具备团队合作精神，工作认真负责，能主动解决问题。
5. 持有健康证明者优先，符合国家相关从业健康要求。
