【岗位职责】
1、负责前台区域的日常管理和运营，确保前台工作的高效有序进行；
2、接待来访客户，提供优质的咨询服务，解答客户疑问，并引导客户至相关部门或人员；
3、协调内部资源，处理客户投诉和突发事件，确保客户满意度；
4、监督前台员工的工作表现，提供必要的培训和指导，提升团队整体服务水平；
5、负责与其他部门的沟通协调，确保信息的及时传递和工作的顺畅进行；
6、定期收集和分析前台工作数据，为管理层提供决策支持。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识；
2、拥有3年以上前台或相关客户服务工作经验，熟悉前台工作流程和规范；
3、具备较强的组织协调能力和问题解决能力，能够应对突发情况；
4、具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与内部各部门有效协作；
5、熟练使用办公软件和前台管理系统，具备基本的计算机操作能力。
