【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店夜间安全巡查工作，确保酒店各区域安全无隐患，包括但不限于大堂、客房楼层、停车场、后区等；
2、监控酒店安防系统，及时发现并处理异常情况，如可疑人员、火灾隐患、设备故障等；
3、按照酒店规定处理夜间突发事件，包括客人纠纷、紧急医疗情况等，并及时上报值班经理；
4、做好夜间进出人员的登记与核查，防止无关人员进入酒店区域；
5、协助完成夜间交接班工作，确保工作记录清晰完整；
6、定期检查消防设备、监控设备等安全设施，确保其正常运行；
7、配合其他部门完成夜间临时性工作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，能适应夜班工作，具备较强的抗压能力；
2、责任心强，工作细致，具备良好的安全意识和风险预判能力；
3、具备基本的沟通协调能力，能妥善处理突发事件；
4、无犯罪记录，品行端正，遵守酒店规章制度；
5、有安保或酒店相关工作经验者优先，无经验者可提供岗前培训；
6、能熟练使用对讲机、监控设备等基础安防工具。
