【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房的日常清洁与整理工作，确保客房卫生标准符合酒店要求；
2、及时补充客房内的各类用品，如毛巾、洗漱用品、茶具等，并检查设施设备是否完好；
3、按照服务流程为客人提供入住、退房及续住服务，确保客人需求得到及时响应；
4、发现客房设备故障或损坏时，及时上报工程部门并跟进维修进度；
5、协助处理客人提出的合理需求，如加床、更换布草等，提升客人满意度；
6、遵守酒店安全与卫生管理制度，确保工作区域整洁有序。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识与职业素养，能够适应酒店行业的工作节奏；
2、身体健康，能适应一定强度的体力劳动，如搬运布草、清洁工具等；
3、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够独立完成客房清洁任务；
4、具备基本的沟通能力，能与同事及客人保持良好互动；
5、无相关工作经验者可接受培训，有酒店客房服务经验者优先；
6、能适应轮班制工作安排（含早、中、晚班）。
