【岗位职责】
1、负责西餐厅日常服务工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务和餐后收尾工作
2、按照标准流程为客人提供点单、上菜、酒水服务等
3、保持餐厅环境整洁，确保餐具摆放规范、卫生达标
4、及时响应客人需求，处理简单客诉并向上级反馈
5、熟悉菜单内容及特色菜品，能向客人进行专业推荐
6、协助完成每月物资盘点及日常设备维护
【岗位要求】
1、形象端正，身高女160cm/男170cm以上
2、具备基础英语交流能力，能处理简单外宾服务
3、有较强服务意识，性格开朗有亲和力
4、能适应早晚班轮换制，节假日正常排班
5、有酒店/高端餐饮服务经验者优先
6、身体健康，无传染性疾病，持有效健康证
