【岗位职责】
1、全面负责房务部运营管理工作，包括前厅、客房、PA等部门的日常运营及服务质量监督
2、制定并执行房务部年度预算、经营计划及成本控制方案
3、建立完善房务部各项管理制度、服务标准及工作流程
4、定期分析房务部运营数据，提出改进方案并推动实施
5、负责房务部员工培训、绩效考核及团队建设
6、处理宾客投诉及突发事件，维护酒店声誉
7、协调与其他部门的合作，确保酒店整体运营顺畅
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先
2、5年以上高星级酒店房务管理经验，3年以上同岗位管理经验
3、精通房务部各环节运营流程及服务标准
4、具备出色的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力
5、熟悉酒店行业相关法律法规及行业标准
6、能承受工作压力，具备较强的突发事件处理能力
7、英语沟通能力良好者优先
