【岗位职责】
1、协助酒店的库存物资的成本核算与控制，定期与有关帐目进行核对。
2、协助每月食品和酒水盘点，以及营运物资和固定资产盘点
3、根据批准的采购单确保所有货物的质量和数量都经过检查；
4、根据采购申请单或每日食品订货单核实和清点验收的货品。
5、确保所有所收的货品符合采购订货要求、质量良好且符合具体规格要求。
