2、按照客房清洁流程和质量标准，做好客房和责任区内日常清洁及计划清洁工作。
3、保持楼层责任区域内环境通道和工作间的干净整洁。
4、负责退客房的检查和报账工作。
5、按照规格要求布置客房，检查房内各类家具和设备的完好情况，及时报告和报修。
6、负责及时上报，处理突发事故。
