根据酒店运作需要和市场情况，选择正确的招聘渠道并督促招聘程序执行，以选择包括实习生在内的合适员工
4、Establish, implement, and improve talent development projects to retain key employees, reduce employee turnover, and enhance employee satisfaction

5、Maintain and develop policies, procedures, job descriptions, organizational structure, etc. of the Human Resources Department, conduct departmental development and performance evaluations, and determine further key development personnel's structured career development paths
维护并发展人力资源部的政策、程序、岗位说明书、组织架构等，开展部门发展及绩效评估，确定进一步重点发展人员结构化职业发展道路
6、Implement and maintain human resources system training to ensure necessary skills for employees to efficiently perform their work

7、Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager to develop a human resources budget
