1、Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
负责下订单，推销部门特色菜，按照既定的标准服务客人。
2、Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.

3、Ensure grooming and general appearance of talent conforms to Hotel standards.

4、Carries out assigned duties.

5、Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage and services.
关注客人关于饮料和服务的投诉，请求或询问。
6、Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with the Manager.
保留合理的销售记录，在合适的记录本上记录客人投诉、解决办法及所涉及人员或设备，并与经理讨论。
