【岗位职责】
1、负责接听服务热线电话、解答各类咨询及指引服务；
2、负责客服台现场各类业务的办理，收集顾客建议进行反馈；
3、完成酒店及上级领导赋予的其他任务。
4、宾客有要求时，为预计离店的宾客安排出租车、机场班车的服务。
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，品貌端正，形象气质佳。
2、熟练使用相关办公软件。
3、优秀的交际能和沟通技巧。
4、善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。
