§  遇到客人的投诉或问题，如果不能马上找到解决办法，则要汇报给客房部经理。
Reports complaints or problems to HousekeepingManager if no immediate solution can be found. 
§  保证具有营销员的态度，并抓住酒店内的一切销售机会。
Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all timesand maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hotel. 
§  确保高水平的酒店产品知识。
Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel.
§  确保将任何来自客人或其它部门的反馈及时并准确地沟通给客房部经理。
Ensures the Housekeeping Manager is kept fullyaware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments. 
§  在洗涤/干洗前，向客房部经理报告重要的问题、衣物数量的不一致、破损或污渍。
Reports to Housekeeping Manager of any majorproblems, discrepancies in count, defects, or stains in garments prior tolaundry/ dry cleaning. 
§  遵守酒店关于洗衣房和客房部的政策和程序。
Complies with the Hotel’s Policies & Proceduresrelating to Laundry and Housekeeping.
§  遵守房务部的系统和程序。
Complies with all systems and procedures as laiddown by Rooms Division. 
§  在日常工作中，确保布草和制服达到凯悦的品牌标准。
Performs routine duties in ensuring all hotel linenand uniforms meet Hyatt brand standards. 
§  确保按照酒店设定的标准和程序储存和洗涤酒店的布草/制服。
Ensures the storage and washing of house linen/ uniforms are being done according to the standards andprocedure set by the Hotel. 
§  在发送给使用部门/布草房前，检查洗涤的物品，以确保其干净及可用性。
Examines laundered items to ensure cleanliness andserviceability before sending to the user department/ linen room. 
§  在洗衣运作中，督导并协助负责及参与清洗客人和酒店衣物的员工。
Supervises and coordinates the activities ofpersonnel responsible for and engaged in the processing of guest and houselaundry items.
§  严格遵守所有运营设备、用品及盘存物品的存量标准。
Strictly adhere to the par stocks for all operatingequipment, supplies, inventoried items.
§  协助进行对运营设备和用品的月度盘点。
Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks onall operating equipment and supplies.
§  协助控制运营设备和用品的申请、储存及仔细使用。
Assists in controlling the requisitioning, storageand careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
§  确保酒店和客人的衣物被正确分拣和水洗/干洗干净及包装；根据程序检查衣物的破损、污渍及遗漏的首饰，并采取行动解决。
Ensures that guest and house laundry items areproperly sorted for washing and drying, are cleaned and packaged accordingly;examines items for tears, stains, and missing accessories due to processing andoversees remedial action taken.
§  清点并将洗好的物品集中放到布草车上，记录收到的布草和制服的数量并发出。
Counts and assembles laundered items on cart orlinen truck, records amounts of linen and uniforms received and issued. 
§  始终保证洗衣房区域的干净整洁。
Ensures and maintains the cleanliness of Laundryarea at all times. 
§  确保对工作区域和设备的正确管理和保养。
Ensures proper handling and maintenance of workarea and equipment. 
§  主持每日班前会，向员工沟通当天的住房率、抵离店的客人情况、会议/活动及需要特别关注的事项。
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to employees onroom occupancy, arrivals and departures, function/ event of the day and specialattention that is needed. 
§  在日常运作中，与客房部及其它部门配合。
Liaises with Housekeeping and other relateddepartments on daily operations. 
§  报告丢失、损害的布草、制服或任何酒店财物。
Reports missing and damaged linen or any otherhotel property. 
§  根据酒店的“失物招领”政策报告及上交遗失物品。
Reports and turns in all Lost & Found items asper Hotel “Lost and Found” policy. 
§  清洁并保养好用品、洗衣设备和仓库。
Cleans and maintains all supplies, laundryequipment and storage rooms. 
§  在房务部所属部门及其它部门内能够灵活调动及轮换。
Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within thedifferent sections of Rooms Division or any other Department.
§  根据酒店的政策和客房部的规定使用和控制钥匙。
Use and control hotel key according to hotel policyand Housekeeping principle.
