入职培训

l  Hotel Orientation/Induction

酒店入职培训 / 介绍。

l  Conducts monthly orientation for new hire.

为新员工进行月度培训。

l  Introduces Cares training programs and othercore service skills and knowledge trainings.

介绍关怀培训计划和其他核心服务技能和知识培训。

l  Ensures that Department Heads prepare a properInduction Program for new employees.

确保部门主管为新员工准备适当的入职培训计划。

l  Evaluates effectiveness of Orientation/Induction program and provide recommendation for improvement

评估入职培训的有效性,并提出改进建议。

培训需求分析

l  Assesses training needs based on GuestSatisfaction Index report, Performance Management Process reviews, employeefeedback, guest comments, business result, observation, among others. 

根据客户满意度指数报告、绩效管理过程回顾、员工反馈、客户意见、业务结果、观察等评估培训需求。

l  Communicates training needs analysis resultsto General Manager/ Assistant Director of Human Resource and concerneddivision/ department heads.

与总经理/人力资源副总监及相关部门/部门负责人沟通培训需求分析结果。

培训计划与管理

l  Develops annual training plan for generalskills, knowledge, languages, and areas for improvement based on the result oftraining need analysis and revise when needed.

根据培训需求分析的结果制定年度培训计划,包括一般技能、知识、语言和需要改进的领域。

l  Develops internal programs and prepareTrainer’s Kits (Instructor Guide, Participant’s Workbook) as needed.

根据需要制定内部计划并准备培训师工具包(指导手册,学员手册)。

l  Prepares Monthly Training Calendar based onTraining Forecasts submitted by departments, and determines both internal andexternal teaching resources.

根据部门提交的培训预测,制定月度培训计划,并确定内部和外部的教学资源。

l  Obtains structured feedback fromparticipants of major training programs, especially generic trainings.

获得主要培训项目参与者的结构化反馈,特别是一般性培训。

l  Monitors training expense within budget.

在预算范围内监控培训费用。

l  Prepares monthly training expense report andforecast.

准备月度培训费用报告和预测。

l  Accrues monthly training expense and amountspent year to date.

l  Reviews external training request.

审核外部培训要求。

l  Coordinates with external training in theimplementing and conducting of training courses necessary for our employees.

会议

l  Attends daily and weekly meetings tocommunicate Training information, schedules, concerns, issues and otherTraining-related matters.

参加每日和每周的培训会议,以沟通培训信息、时间表、关注事项、问题和其他培训相关事宜。

l  Monthly department trainer’s meeting.

月度部门培训师会议。

l  Conducts MI Cares and Strategic Planfollow-up meetings/trainings.

进行MI关怀和战略计划的后续会议/培训。

l  Attends Effective Training Skills workshop.

参加有效的培训技能研讨会。

l  Ensures the cascading of Effective TrainingSkills especially for identified Departmental Trainers.

l  Assists in identifying training needs foreach department.

l  Reviews monthly departmental training plan.

工作描述

l  Together with Division/Department heads,reviews and updates all job descriptions in the Hotel, ensuring these reflectthe real nature of the job at any given time.

与部门/部门主管一起,回顾和更新酒店的所有工作描述,确保这些描述在任何给定的时间反映工作的真实性质。

l  Maintains effective internal communicationwith Department Heads

l  Assists in fostering beneficialcommunication and network with relevant external agencies and organizations.

一般行政

l  Assists the ADHR in administering HRpolicies and procedures, as well as in coaching, implementation, review,recording and communications related to all HR procedures, programs andactivities.

协助人力资源副总监执行人力资源政策和程序,以及指导、执行、回顾、记录和沟通所有人力资源程序、

l  Assists in providing guidance/advice to allmanagement staff in the application of local policies and procedures and inhandling human resources.

协助向所有管理人员提供指导/建议,以应用当地的政策和程序,并处理人力资源。

l  Assists the ADHR in reviewing the HR manualto ensure all policies and procedures are updated and applicable to currentoperations.

l  Sets up Individual Training Records of staffin the Landa system and ensures this is updated quarterly.

建立员工个人培训记录,并确保每季度更新。

l  STAFF WELFARE: Assists in maintaining andenhancing staff welfare to ensure high staff morale.

员工福利:协助维护和提高员工福利,以确保员工士气高涨。

l  STAFF MOTIVATION: Assists in developing and implementingstaff motivation and participation programs for the hotel.

员工激励:协助制定和实施员工激励和参与计划。

l  STAFF DISCIPLINE: Ensures that staff adheresto the rules and regulations of the Hotel by.

员工纪律:确保员工遵守酒店的规章制度。

l  LOST AND FOUND: Ensures that all staff isaware of Lost and Found procedures at all times.

失物招领:确保所有员工始终了解失物招领程序。

l  EMERGENCY RESPONSE: Possesses full knowledgeof emergency procedures, and ensures all staff is aware of emergency proceduresat all times.

紧急反应:掌握紧急程序的全部知识,并确保所有员工在任何时候都了解紧急程序。

l  Performs such other functions as may bedelegated by management from time to time.

履行管理层不时授予的其他职能。

l  Follow all company policies and procedures.
