一、【岗位要求】
- 具备基本客房服务经验熟悉客房清洁流程及操作规范，有酒店同岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
- 服务意识强，注重细节具备良好的对客服务意识，能够主动关注宾客需求，工作细致、有条理。
- 身体健康，吃苦耐劳能适应长时间站立及走动的工作节奏，承受一定体力劳动强度，服从工作安排。
二、【岗位职责】
- 负责客房的日常清洁与整理按照酒店标准流程，完成每日分配客房的清洁、布草更换、物品补充及夜床服务，确保客房整洁舒适、符合品牌卫生标准。
- 为宾客提供个性化服务主动响应宾客需求，及时处理送物、加床、借用品等客房服务请求，传递希尔顿花园“热情明快”的待客之道。
- 维护楼层公共区域卫生保持工作间、走廊、电梯间等公共区域的整洁，确保布草、清洁工具及客用物品摆放规范、数量充足。
- 检查并报告设施设备异常日常工作中关注客房及楼层的设施设备状况（如灯具、空调、卫浴等），发现问题及时上报维修，保障宾客入住体验。
- 遵守操作规范与安全制度严格执行清洁消毒流程、布草处理规范及客房安全制度，确保工作过程符合卫生、消防及职业健康安全要求。
