1.     To be responsible for the overall operation of the Fitness Centerwhich include the swimming pool, sauna, locker facilities and pool bar.

2.     To coordinate training activities on a weekly, monthly schedule.

3.     To be fully familiar with all the Hygienic requirements set by bothlocal government and Marriott standards.

4.     Assist in inventorying facility equipment.
协助对设施设备进行盘点。
5.     Operate the pool bar in a professional manner and meet the beveragerequirements according to  local laws.

6.     Ensure all fitness equipment is well maintained in clean andworking order.
确保健身房设备的清洁和正常工作。
7.     Familiar with the use of facilities and equipment in order toprovide guests with accurate information.
熟悉设施设备的使用，以便向客人提供准确的信息。
8.     Ensure all associates to follow and conform to the Fitness Centerrules and regulations.
遵守并保持健身中心的规定。
9.     Inventory counting and ensure the proper amount of towels, linen,bathrobe and other Fitness Center daily supplies.
清点货存，维持毛巾、布草、浴衣和其他物品的正确数量。
10.  Department inventory control in order to minimize loss, such astowels, robes, slippers, etc.
控制部门的物品，如毛巾、浴衣、拖鞋的遗失。尽可能的减少损失。
11.  To ensure all staff are knowledgeable to answer all questions andrequests regarding to the Fitness Center in English or Mandarin.
确保能用英语或普通话应答客人有关健身中心的问题和要求。
12.  To maintain the grooming, personal hygiene and dress code on a dailybasis in according to the property standard

13.  Ensure all staff are well trained on all emergency situations andare prepared for any fire evacuations.

14.  Ensure the safety and security of all guests and fellow associatesin order to provide a proper safe working area.

15.  Report and create log of all security incidents and accidents inaccordance to hotel requirements.

16.  Ensure all areas of the Fitness Center are well maintained to avoidany safety concerns for guests and associates.

17.  Communicate effectively to your shift leader and manager.

18.  Make suggestions and provide ideas to improve guest service.

19.  Resolve guest and employee concerns and seek solutions in time.
发现客人和员工的各种问题并寻找解决措施。
20.  Work closely with other sections and departments for in-timeinformation sharing to ensure proper guest delivery of services on a consistentbasis.

21.  Assist and cooperate with B&F department on pool bar service.

22.  Know the hotel so facilities to promote and sell to guests.
