【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店西式面点（包括但不限于糕点、面包、甜品等）的制作与出品，确保产品质量与口感符合标准。
2、根据酒店菜单及宾客需求，开发并创新面点品种，定期调整食谱以提升吸引力。
3、遵守食品安全与卫生规范，确保工作区域、设备及工器具的清洁与消毒，配合完成卫生检查。
4、协助厨房团队完成其他相关工作，如备料、装盘装饰及应急供餐保障。

[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for the preparation and presentation of Western-style pastries (including but not limited to cakes, bread, and desserts) at the hotel, ensuring that product quality and taste meet standards.
2. Develop and innovate pastry offerings based on the hotel menu and guest preferences, and regularly adjust recipes to enhance their appeal.
3. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations, ensure the cleanliness and disinfection of work areas, equipment, and utensils, and cooperate with hygiene inspections.
4. Assist the kitchen team with other related tasks, such as ingredient preparation, plating and garnishing, and ensuring meal service during emergencies.

【岗位要求】
1、学历、经验及年龄不限，具备面点制作基础技能者优先考虑。
2、熟悉常见面点原料特性及制作工艺，能独立完成基础面点出品。
3、工作认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的卫生习惯及团队协作意识。
