- 开餐前做好全面的卫生工作，认真做好自己所负责区域的卫生工作，保证提供优雅干净的卫生环境；
- 服从主管安排，按照工作程序与标准做好各项开餐准备工作；
- 爱护设备物品，做好保养维护工作；
- 保证开餐结束后的整洁卫生，达到下一次的开餐要求，做好收尾工作；
岗位要求
- 对工作有责任心；
- 相关岗位工作经验
- 1年以上酒店工作经验；
- 工作细心、耐心；
