工作职责：
1. 制定并执行公司市场传讯策略，提升品牌知名度与市场影响力。
2. 负责媒体关系管理，策划并实施公关活动，包括新闻稿发布、媒体合作及危机公关处理。
3. 监督市场传讯内容的创作、审核与发布，确保信息准确、合规且符合品牌调性。
4. 分析市场趋势、竞争对手动态及传播效果数据，提供策略优化建议。
5. 协调内部跨部门团队与外部合作伙伴，确保传讯活动高效执行并达成业务目标。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播或相关专业背景。
2. 至少3年市场传讯、公关或相关领域工作经验。
3. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、项目管理能力及媒体关系维护经验。
4. 熟悉数字营销工具、社交媒体平台及数据分析方法。
5. 具有创新思维和团队合作精神，能适应快节奏工作环境。
