3. 解答客户关于预订的咨询，处理变更、取消等事宜，提供专业服务支持。
4. 生成日常预订报告，协助完成相关文档整理及归档工作。
任职资格：
1. 大专学历。
2. 具备1年以上相关岗位工作经验。
3. 熟练掌握办公自动化软件（如Microsoft Office）。
4. 具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
