督导、协助工程部各系统设备的日常预防维修、保养，督导协助完成各部门日常请修的维修工作。工作技能技巧要求：
1. 2年以上工程相关工作经验
2. 中专以上学历（电气或机械专业），或取得与之等同的相关证书者；
3. 具有电气、空调、锅炉、机械及管道等方面的专业知识；
4. 能与上级领导及同事进行有效沟通；
5. 强烈的团队合作意识，诚实、能吃苦，无不良嗜好；
6. 身体健康，无妨碍本职工作的病症及生理缺陷。
