1. Ensuring accuracy of the property content and presentation on the brand websites, as well as third party portals, directories and websites where the hotel is listed and/or distributes inventory.
确保酒店相关内容在品牌网站展示的准确度和正确度，包括在第三方网站，及其他有可能出现酒店信息的网站和线上平台。
2. Ensuring consistent brand delivery through social and digital channels, and maintain operations.
保证酒店持续性地在子商务和社交平台上的品牌投放与宣传并维护平台运营。
3. Support and assist hotels in launching products and tracking sales on e-commerce platforms.
支持与帮助酒店在各电子商务平台进行产品投放及跟踪销售情况。
4. Monitor and assist the Revenue Manager/Director in ensuring rate parity throughout all digital distribution channels.
帮助和协助收益经理完成在所有电子商务平台上的价格统一。
5. Liaise with the corporate office for deploying website enhancements and functionality upgrades.
与酒店相关部门合作来完成网站的整体提高和功能性的升级。
6. Support and liaise with various departments to ensure optimal content delivery (PR, F&B, Marketing, Sales).

7. Create and implement promotional content for special offers and packages, in coordination with the hotel’s Marketing and Revenue Managers.
与酒店销售部和收益部合作来制作和创造特别和个性化的宣传内容。
8. Be proactive in pursuing opportunities for hotel promotions，and develop promotion strategies.
积极寻求和抓住推广契机，制定推广策略。
9. Assists with the preparation of the annual Marketing Business Plan, ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees. 
协助营销年度预算的准备，确保部门的目标与酒店年度预算目标和员工需求相一致。
10. Preparation and regular update of the Communications Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the DOSM, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
准备并定期更新传讯部财务预算情况，协助市场销售总监确保目标的完成和成本的控制。
11. Ensures that an organised, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all communications records.
确保所有传讯文档都得到有序的归档并更新。
12. Ensures all employees maintain an up-to-date awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication.
确保所有员工对最新的酒店产品、现有的推广、政策的更改和适度的内部沟通都有所了解。
13. Arranges for hotel site inspections.
安排酒店参观。
14. Ensures new technology & equipment are embraced to improve productivity.
