reservation associates to ensure that daily operational matters are handled on
time.

accurately entered into the computer in a timely manner.

5.Ensures that contract rates and
allotments in the computer are up-to-date and current.

6.Monitors the hotel room inventory, maximizing
the yield.
监督房态，使收益最大化。
7.Monitors and controls the hotel
overbooking status ensuring it remains within the predetermined levels.
监督并控制酒店超额预订，确保它在可控制的范围之内。
8.Organize and maintains trace and filling
system for all reservations.
维护、更新所有预订程序。
9.Maximizes the room revenue of the hotel
by upselling all hotel products and services.
通过促销酒店的其它项目及服务，使酒店房间收益最大化。
10.To ensure all departmental reports are
produced accurately and punctually and distributed to the relevant departments.
确保部门所有报表能准确，按时地提供给相关部门。
11.Coaches, counsels, trains and develops
all subordinate associates.
负责培训指导属下员工。
岗位要求
1.Fluent in both mandarin and English and
capable of preparing reports in English.
良好的中英文语言技能，需具备完成英文报表的能力。
2.Well organized and systematic.
良好的系统分析和组织能力。
3.At least 1 year experience in relevant
international hospitality brand will be preferred.
