【岗位职责】
在公司大堂欢迎及欢送宾客。
与在大堂等候的客人打招呼并做出相应服务。
接听公司总机电话处理宾客需求及转接电话。
熟识公司再次光临的宾客和重要客人。
引领宾客去公司各服务区域，并向员工介绍宾客的名字。
宾客服务接待必须与排队等候电梯的宾客交流。
预先估计宾客的需要并用殷切有理的态度处理宾客的需求。
充满热情、关怀及感同深受地聆听宾客的需求。在有必要的情况下带领宾客去相关服务区域从而获得更多的信息或行动。
要非常了解公司的设施，并在为客人介绍设施时可提供简明的信息。
参加每日例会并清楚了解当日生意情况。
宾客服务接待必须了解公司会员的礼遇及人会条件。
拥有清晰的公司产品知识从而推销公司产品，包括公司餐饮设施、娱乐健身中心中、每日宴会以及相关周边信息。
熟知公司产品并尝试利用每一个机会去销售并达到最大的收益。
清楚知道在紧急事件中所应承担的职责
确保按照预先安排的班次准时上岗工作。
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
要求：
1、女生要求168cm及以上身高，仅招聘女生。
2、大专及以上学历
