工作职责
管理/规划
1．负责健身中心的运营。包括游泳池、健身房、桑拿室、更衣设备并负责美容沙龙的咨询和预订。
2．指导监管健身中心员工的日常工作。
3．安排每周、每月的培训计划。
4．熟悉当地政府和晋泽昌酒店的卫生标准并按要求对员工进行培训。
5．监督游泳池、健身房、桑拿室、蒸汽室、更衣设备的卫生情况。
6．以专业态度维持泳吧的运作并符合地方法有关规定。
7．确保体育馆设备的清洁和正常运作。
8．确保泳吧、游泳池、健身房、桑拿室、蒸汽室、更衣设备的清洁和卫生要求。
9．建立并保持健身中心的规定。
10．清点存货，维持毛巾、布草、浴衣和其他物品的正确数量。
财务管理/采购控制
11．将健身中心设备和其他物品的花费控制在预算之内。
12．控制中心物品如毛巾、浴衣、拖鞋的遗失，尽可能减少损失。
对客服务/销售
13．确保员工受到晋泽昌酒店品牌高标准服务技巧的培训。
14．确保健身中心客人满意率在90%以上。
15．确保健身中心的员工能适应客人。
16．帮助客人进行锻炼和体重训练。
人力资源
17．熟知所有下属的职责概述。
18．遵守集团的行为准则。
19．遵守晋泽昌酒店员工手册上的规章制度。
20．负责部门的消防、急救和救生培训。
21．进行部门员工表现评估。包括试用期、年终评估。
安全及保安
22．确保所有员工受到紧急情况处理程序的培训并对火警疏散做好准备。
23．所有员工要确保客人和同事的安全以提供一个安全的工作区域。
24．按酒店要求记录、汇报安全事故。
25．为保护酒店财产和设备所有员工都要受到得保安措施的培训。
26．确保健身中心区域被很好地维护并避免对客人和员工会造成隐患的安全问题。
沟通
27．进行有效的纵向、横向沟通。
28．召开每日部门会议明确、通告每天的工作。
29．发现客人和雇员的各种问题并寻找解决措施。
30．维持部门的营业状况。
31．与其他部门保持紧密的合作关系并分享信息确保良好的对客服务。
