Your day to day 日常职责
Ensure Staff and Managerawareness of HR Policies and procedures.
     确保员工和经理了解人力资源的规章制度。
Ensure information relating toindustrial instruments is readily available to all Staff and Managers.
     确保能够随时为员工和经理提供与行业规定相关的信息。
Maintains HRMS relatedincluding attendance, data input, etc. 
     维护人事管理系统日常，包括考勤、员工数据输入等。
Register colleaguesin the government system in time and make sure the social/housing fundaccuracy.  
     及时在政府相关网站完成招工，社保、公积金等相关操作。
Ensure monthly reportswith proper approval.
    确保每月各项报表附有完整的签字确认手续。

Communication skillsare utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third partiesthat reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
