Your day to day 日常职责
Responsible for managing the hotel’s training function, including developing a complement of qualified departmental trainers and establishes a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results. The Training Manager position impacts on the skills, knowledge and attitudes of every hotel employee and ensures the availability and use of effective resource.
     负责管理酒店的培训职能，包括发展合格的部门后备培训师，建立一套酒店培训数据和评估结果系统。培训经理这个职位将对每家酒店员工的知识技能和工作态度起影响作用，并确保酒店拥有和任用高素质的人力资源。
Analyse training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs, presenting in the form of a Training Plan for the General Manager and Executive Committee for review.
     分析酒店整体的和各部门的培训需求，针对需求制定策略，用培训计划书的形式呈交给总经理和行政委员会审阅。
Familiarize yourself with the IHG HR and Training Standards, localizing where necessary.
     使自己了解洲际酒店集团人力资源和培训的规范，必要之处进行本地化处理。
Monitor the progress of theTraining Business Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved.
     监督每个部门培训业务计划的进展，确保实现培训目标。
Maintains all hotel training records.
     保存酒店全部的培训记录。
Design, produce and implement training programmes which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective.
     与部门领导一起设计、制定和执行能夠符合具体的部门要求的培训计划，确保培训课程方案的制定，以及培训的有效性。
Use IHG benchmarks to monitor success of training programs and amend your efforts accordingly. Eg: ESPS, Heartbeat,achievement of budget, etc.
     利用洲际酒店集团的基本测量标准监测培训计划的成果，并进行相应的修改。如员工融入调查及意向调查，宾客心语报告，预算完成情况等。

What we need from you 我们需要你具备
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
     拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
     精通微软办公软件
Good writing skills.
     良好的写作技能
Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
     具有本地人力和雇佣法的知识
Problem solving,analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
     具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力
3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
     3年相关工作经验或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景
