【岗位职责】
1、全面负责中卫区域项目财务管理工作，制定并执行财务管理制度及流程，确保财务工作合规高效；
2、统筹区域预算编制、执行监控及分析，定期提交财务报告，为管理层决策提供数据支持；
3、监督区域收入、成本、费用核算，优化资金使用效率，控制财务风险；
4、对接税务、审计等外部机构，确保税务申报合规，协调完成年度审计工作；
5、指导并培训区域财务团队，提升业务能力，保障财务数据准确性与及时性；
6、参与区域经营分析，提出财务改进建议，协助达成业绩目标。
【岗位要求】
1、具备5年以上财务管理工作经验，有高星级酒店、文旅、景区或多分支机构财务管理经验者优先；
2、精通企业会计准则及财税法规，熟悉财务系统（如用友、金蝶）及办公软件操作；
3、具备较强的数据分析、预算管控及风险防范能力，能独立解决复杂财务问题；
4、逻辑清晰，沟通协调能力强，能高效对接跨部门及外部合作单位；
5、工作严谨细致，责任心强，适应阶段性高强度工作。
