【岗位职责】

1、全面负责中餐厅的日常运营管理工作，包括人员调配、服务标准执行、菜品质量控制等，确保餐厅高效有序运转；

2、制定并落实餐厅的年度、季度、月度经营计划，完成公司下达的营收及利润指标；

3、监督餐厅成本控制，包括食材采购、库存管理及人力成本优化，提升餐厅盈利能力；

4、负责餐厅员工培训、考核及团队建设，提升员工服务意识与专业技能；

5、处理顾客投诉及突发事件，维护餐厅品牌形象，提升顾客满意度；

6、定期分析经营数据，提出改进方案并推动执行，持续优化餐厅运营效率；

7、协调与厨房、采购、财务等部门的沟通协作，确保餐厅运营各环节顺畅衔接；

8、执行公司各项规章制度，确保餐厅符合卫生、安全及消防等规范要求。

【岗位要求】

1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先；

2、8年以上中餐厅管理工作经验，3年以上同岗位经验，熟悉高端中餐运营模式；

3、具备出色的团队管理能力，能有效调动员工积极性，打造高效服务团队；

4、精通餐饮成本控制、营销策划及客户关系维护，有较强的经营分析能力；

5、年龄28-40岁，形象气质佳，沟通表达能力强，能妥善处理各类突发事件；

6、工作责任心强，抗压能力突出，适应景区工作节奏及节假日高峰运营需求；

7、持有餐饮行业相关职业资格证书者优先考虑。
