【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店强电系统的日常运行、维护及管理工作，确保电力设备安全稳定运行；
2、制定并执行强电设备的定期检查、保养及维修计划，及时排除故障；
3、监督和指导强电技工的日常工作，确保操作符合安全规范和技术标准；
4、处理突发电力故障，快速响应并组织抢修，减少对酒店运营的影响；
5、配合工程部完成强电系统的改造、升级及节能优化项目；
6、管理强电设备的技术档案，记录维修保养情况，提出改进建议；
7、负责强电相关备品备件的库存管理，确保物资充足且合理使用；
8、协助制定强电系统的安全操作规程，并对员工进行技术培训。
【岗位要求】
1、具备强电系统相关专业知识，熟悉高低压配电、照明系统等设备的运行原理；
2、有较强的故障诊断和维修能力，能独立处理常见电力问题；
3、具备团队管理经验，能够有效协调和指导技工完成工作任务；
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的安全意识和应急处理能力；
5、持有电工操作证或相关职业资格证书者优先；
6、能适应轮班工作制，具备较强的抗压能力。
