Job Purpose职责概述

Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Contributes to guest satisfaction. 
让客人满意。
• Preparing "hot" and/or "cold" dishes in line with the superior's instructions.
按照上级的指示准备“热”和/或“冷”菜。
• Helping deliver dishes.   
帮助传菜肴。
• Respecting the food health and safety standards and procedures.  
遵守食品卫生与安全标准程序。
• Participating in the effective management of raw materials.   
有效的管理好原材料。
• Mise-en-place(prepare everything before cooking).
做好烹饪前的准备工作。
• Follows the outlined standard and procedures precisely.
遵守本部门的标准及程序。
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.
保持高标准的个人卫生及形象。
• Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools. 
确保正确安全的使用所有装备、机器和工具。
• Always maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, Fridge’s and freezers.
高标准的保持工作区域、存储区域、保鲜及冷冻冰箱的卫生,并保持干净整洁。
• Makes sure that all food items stored correctly.
保证收货的准确性和充足的库存。
• Ensures that all the equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage to superior.
确保所有设备处于良好的工作状态,任何故障或损坏及时向上级报告。
• Attends all scheduled training at his/ her level.
参加所有相应级别的培训。
• Maintains a safe and secure working environment.
保持安全可靠的工作环境。
• Adheres and ensures that all policies and procedures and Talent handbook regulations are abided by.
坚持和保证遵守所有的政策与程序和人才手册。
• Works effectively to promote harmony and teamwork. 
有效地推进团队和谐和团队协作。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• High school
高中学历
• At least 19 years of age
至少19岁
• Vocational diploma in food & beverage studies and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills and motivations  
持有烹饪专业资格证书或没有相关教育背景但渴望学习并等待验证他们的技能和动机
Competencies技能
• Communication skills for all levels of talent/guests, confident, clear English
具备一定的沟通技巧、有英语基础
• Interpersonal skills to deal with guests and talent issues 
具备处理客人与人才关系问题的技巧
• Confidently able to resolve problems and make decisions
具备一定的决策能力、解决问题的能力
