1.审核每天的餐饮收入和前台收入,所有收入必须遵循财务制度。
2.编制收入报告,然后分发给餐厅经理和管理层。
3.完成每月的餐费及招待费报表。
4.调查退款并跟踪其款项的收回。
5.确保所有折扣和杂费项目均附有相关单据列明具体收费项目。所有折扣应遵循财务制度。折扣,杂费及垫付款项应备有总结清单,每天提交给财务与业主支持总监和总经理审批。
6.审核每日总出纳的汇总表与存款单是否一致。
7.审查核对预付款项,确保付款到位。
8.确保应收帐款的分录与总帐一致。
9.及时催收应收帐款，以确保信贷部的操作顺利而高效。
10.确保所有挂帐的帐户都通过相应的信贷控制程序。
11.审核每日宾客余额的报表，并采取必要的程序进行收帐；追踪，执行帐龄报表。
12.对于信贷申请，提供必要信息；以黑名单的形式列出付款信誉差的个人，旅行社，并传阅给相关部门以确保这些被列者不再享有信誉保证。
13.根据酒店有关程序进行收帐。
14.完成酒店安排的帮工任务；15.按时完成财务总监交办的其他任务；
16.遵守酒店仪容仪表及礼貌礼仪，保持良好的形象。
